The journey to a new home takes months often, over a year, so the partnership with your builder extends for a long period of time. You need to ensure you’re comfortable with the builder you choose to take the journey with.
During the discovery phase we’ll have an in-depth discussion to make sure we’re the right fit and expectations are in line with each other. The discovery phase will also identify the site, style, size and characteristics of the home you’re looking to build. You’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions and we’ll also get an understanding of details that affect the process like timing and budget.
During the preliminary phase we’ll gather any specialty consulting reports and prepare and submit the relevant application approvals. We will actively monitor the assessment process and respond to any queries.
During this phase we’ll create a construction schedule for your home, guide you through the material selections process, and continue to refine the budget as selections are finalised. This will ensure everything is finalised ready for commencement of construction once approval is granted. Communication is key, and we believe that working with you every step of the way will result in a home build that you are extremely happy with.

We understand it can be daunting to initially commit and selecting the right company to work with is imperative to a successful outcome. With this in mind, our process is broken down into stages, Concept, Preliminary and Construction. This minimises the commitment you need to make so you can ensure we’re the right fit. There is no obligation to move onto the next stage if you decide not to proceed with us or the development altogether.
If you engage us for the construction of your home, you don’t pay for everything upfront. The total fixed price is broken into 5-7 progress payments which are claimed as works are completed and milestones reached throughout the build.

We offer a 13-week minor defect period and 7-year structural warranty.
