The Entrance Showcase
Brief
The clients are Sydney based and wanted to transform a run down home into a holiday destination for the family.
The home is ocean front and literally a stones throw from the water so the key was to maximise potential views.
This was achieved by removing walls, modifying the floor plan and installing large glazed sections.
This created clear unobstructed views and invited the ocean breeze into the home. No room was left untouched with a complete refurbishment being completed.

Brief
The clients were developers who wanted to make a return on their investment. They chose the site due to its proximity to the beach and shopping, and opted for a higher end build.

Now completed each dwelling is valued >$1m with rental return >$800per week.
The build was valued @ $1.4m in 2020 and took 8 months to complete..
Bensville Extension & Renovation
Brief
The clients had relocated from Sydney for a calmer family orientated lifestyle and wanted to build their forever home. The home was situated in close proximity to bushland and the brief involved inviting the outdoor aspect in through glazing and creating a sense of space by using high-raked ceilings.
