We have briefly outlined the phases of our new home builds and what you can expect throughout the process.
Our new home construction is done in the following phases.
Design Phase
The initial stage of your new homebuilding journey with Beach Breeze is the architectural design phase. This part of your journey is the exciting and creative one! We will work collaboratively with you and your architect/ draftsman to design your dream home. We ensure that constructability issues are mitigated and we develop a preliminary cost estimated based on design and the features you want. Once we have agreed on the inclusions we will then give you a comprehensive & accurate budget for your new home.
Construction Approval Phase
We will actively help to push your plans through council to get the approvals required to begin the build. We will create a comprehensive construction schedule for your home, guide you through the material selections process, and continue to refine the budgets where we can. Communication is key and we believe that working with you every step of the way will result in a home build that you are extremely happy with.
Construction Phase
During this phase you start to see your dream come alive as your brand new home starts to take shape and resemble a home. Beach Breeze Building co-ordinate & supervise our qualified team of highly skilled trades and sub-contractors to guide the project toward completion, keeping in mind your timeline and what we agreed to be a handover date.
Handover Phase
This is the final phase of your new home construction project! The exciting day has come for you to receive the keys to your brand new home. We will take a final inspection with you to ensure you are completely happy with every aspect of your new home.
